ENTRIES CLOSE: Wednesday, September 3, 2014,
5:00 PM (after which time entries cannot be
accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted except as
provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules
Applying to Dog Shows. Envelopes/transactions
containing entries for more than the ten (10) dog
maximum and/or entries received prior to the opening
date shall be treated as an invalid entry and shall be
returned to the sender.

Second entry of same dog (includes a $3.00 AKC recording

Please make checks payable to American
Chesapeake Club. No entries will be accepted by phone,
fax or hand delivery. Express mail entries must include
the signature waiver allowing them to be left at the
secretary’s address. No online entries will be taken
for this trial. Inquiries may be directed to
Barbara Blanchfield at poodles4me@verizon.net. No entry
shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which
specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.
Entries must be on the Official AKC
Agility Entry Form for Agility Trial.
Entry
forms without the AKC agreement, attached to the entry
form, are NOT ACCEPTABLE and will be returned to the
exhibitor. Unsigned, and incomplete entries are not
acceptable and dog cannot be entered in the trial. (AKC
Rule Ch 14, Sec 4)
Volunteers Needed!
As with all agility trials, your help is needed to make
this trial run smoothly! Please fill out the
Online Volunteer Form
if you can volunteer some time during the trial.
Volunteers working 2 or more classes will receive a
lunch ticket. Positions needed include: Scribe,
Assistant Scribe, Timer, Gate Steward, Chute
Straightener, Runners (leashes/scribe sheets), Course
Builder, Ring Crew (set bars, etc), Score Table
(experience preferred).

Hotels:
These hotels have graciously agreed to accept our
well-mannered dogs. A pet deposit may be required.
Please check with hotels for policies and restrictions.
Remember:
Hotels are an extension of the show site and all AKC
rules are enforced at both locations.
