• To those breeders listed, it is your responsiblity to notify the Breeder List Coordinator of any changes to your contact information that occurs during the term of your ad.

• Inclusion on the list is now available to all foreign ACC members.

• Mail or Email completed form to the Breeder List Coodinator. Return address and email address are on the form. You can pay by check or Paypal.

The only criteria for advertising is ACC membership and payment for ads. The ACC Board of Directors strongly recommends that all breeding stock be free of hip dysplasia and all hereditary eye diseases. Buyers should ask to see certifications of such testing. The use of prcd-PRA test terms "Pattern A, B, or C" may only be used for dogs actually tested by Optigen. Inclusion on this list does not imply endorsement by the ACC. The ACC accepts ads in good faith. Guarantees or warranties (expressed or implied) are the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

The American Chesapeake Club does not give individual referrals to breeders or provide specific information on upcoming litters. You will need to contact the breeder directly to check on recent breedings.
