Draw and Running Order:  The running order is now posted.  All stakes will employ the Dow Jones from the week of July 24 to determine starting number.  The same Dow Jones number will apply to the weekend trial preceding the Specialty as well as the Specialty itself. The DOW ended with 30 so that dog will start the running order.

Scratch Policy: Scratches BEFORE the draw contact Entry Express via email/phone  www.entryexpress.net
Scratches AFTER the draw contact the Field Trial Secretary. Entry fees for a dog in season, injury, or death shall be refunded in full. Scratches for all other reasons may be subject to a $25 per entry scratch fee. Requests for all refunds must be submitted in writing, accompanied by a appropriate veterinarians certificate, if applicable, and received by the Field Trial Secretary no later than ten (10) days after the completion of the field trial. NO refunds will be made on the field trial grounds. NO SHOW/NO REFUND

Results and Photos:  Click below for each individual Stake, for the daily Call Backs and Photos.

Courses and Birds: Mallard Ducks will be used in all regular stakes.  Mallards and/or pigeons may be used in the Puppy stakes.

Additional Trials: There are back-to-back trials on the two weekends preceding the Specialty that will be held on the same grounds.  Both are hosted by the Minnesota Iron Range Retriever Club. (MIRRC) What this means is that people who arrive early enough can run three trials in about 10 days and never have to move.  The closest trial following the Specialty is hosted by the Central Minnesota Retriever Club.  This trial is in St Cloud, MN, which is about 3 hours driving time (south) from the Specialty.
