Trophies & Donations

 

We know everyone is eagerly awaiting the opportunity to sponsor trophies for the 2016 National Specialty! Your donation of financial support is greatly appreciated and is what allows the show committee to continue to offer such a fabulous array of prizes.  If you are not able to sponsor an entire class please consider making a donation of any amount toward the General Trophy Fund.  General Trophy Fund donations are used where needed and equally important in the show’s success.  All donations received by August 12, 2016, will be gratefully acknowledged in the premium list.  Please refer to the Trophy List below to see what classes are available for sponsorship.  Every attempt will be made to keep the list updated.  Instructions on how to donate can be found at the bottom of this page.       Trophy Chair:  Karen Marcotte  decocoa@centurylink.net

The Annual ACC Memorial and Challenge Trophies - These are the Special Trophies that have been donated over the years and are presented to the winners for various classes and achievements.  This is quite an impressive list so be sure to take a look.  These Trophies are on display at the Show for viewing before they are awarded.  Many are very old and they have the names engraved of the winners from previous years.  Click here to view

Instructions: It is helpful if you email Karen Marcotte decocoa@centurylink.net prior to paying to make sure the class you are wanting to donate to is still available. Then to Donate to the Trophy Fund, do one of the following:

1. Click here to Download a Trophy Donation Form to send by mail along with a check or money order 
2.  Pay using Pay Pal --- We have established a Paypal account to receive payments for the 2016 ACC National Specialty Show if you care to use it. Here are the instructions:  Login to your Paypal account (yes, you need to have an account!).  Click on "Pay or Send Money".  Choose "Pay for Goods and Services". In the blank for who you are sending money to put:   ACC2016NSS@hotmail.com  Put in the amount. 

UNDER SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS:  Be very, very clear about what the funds are for!  If it is a trophy donation give the class you are asking to sponsor.  If it is for anything else please give precise details.  Then "Continue" and then "Send Money Now". PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WE PAY A FEE EACH TIME PAYPAL IS USED.  YOU STILL HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO SEND CHECKS BY REGULAR MAIL
