Field Trial Headquarters: Bert Carlson's K-9 Country Club, 2412 Neal Rd SE, Fall City, WA http://carlsoncaninecountryclub.com/ This is for the field trial grounds only, there are no rooms/motel here. Numerous options for lodging are available within a 20-30 minute drive from Issaquah and North Bend, WA. I recommend the North Bend Motel and Sunset Motel because of the ease of airing dogs and proximity to the grounds. They are very close to a large area suitable for training/airing dogs.

Motels - Primary base motel will be the North Bend Motel - directions/maps will be available to trial grounds from this motel.

Overflow Motel: Just a few blocks away is the Sunset Motel
Sunset Motel, 227 W North Bend Way, North Bend, WA 98045, 425-888-0381 (24 Rooms, $65-80 Will slightly lower price for booking more than 10 rooms) Strict NO PET policy. No dogs in the rooms.... Dogs can be in truck/car but NOT in rooms.

Note-In response to inquiries about area hotels that allow dogs in rooms, the following hotels are being added. These hotels are approximately 15 miles from the trial grounds.

Room rates $189 - $209 per night. Discount if 10 room nights booked. (2 rooms for 5 nights, 5 rooms for 2 nights, etc.). Discount and waived pet fee if 20 room nights booked.

More Hotels: in area of Issaquah, WA - it is a 30 minute drive to the trial grounds, no pet airing areas here.

Camping:
1. Dry Camping is available on Bert Carlson's Grounds for $10 per day. All campers must check in and sign a waiver at the kennel office and pre-pay for the stay. Additional full hook up camping is available a short 5 minute drive in Fall City. Additional details will be available soon.

Dinners for Monday and Tuesday are at the Blue Heron Cocktail Lounge and North Deck

This is a 10 minute drive from the trial grounds and about 30 minute to hotels.

Monday: $30 per person. Includes appetizer, salad, main course choice, dessert, coffee and soft drinks. No host bar.

5 PM Cocktail hour (No Host) Tray-Passed appetizers with NW theme-Chefs choice includes Bacon wrapped Prawns, Petite Crab cakes with lemon aioli.
6 PM Dinner - Modified Northwest Earth and Ocean Buffet
Prime Rib Carving Station and Salmon, Fresh local Chef's choice vegetables, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes , Herbed Rice Pilaf, Caesar Salad, Iceburg Wedge Salad with Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing, Bacon, Tomatoes and Cucumber, American Potato Salad or Pasta Salad. Chef's Choice Dessert Buffet with Self-service Coffee Station and Complimentary non alcohol beverage selection.

Tuesday: $25 Per Person

5 PM Cocktail hour (No Host) No Appetizers

6 PM Dinner - Organic Chicken Dinner Buffet: Chicken Breast stuffed with wild and foraged Northwest Mushrooms and Chicken Moussaline with Champagne and Rosemary Buerre Blanc Sauce. Includes your choice of salads, Fresh Vegetables, Chefs Choice Dessert Buffet and Coffee Station with non alcoholic beverage selection.

Wednesday:
6pm Dinner: BBQ, Beach Party and Bon Fire at Bert’s Beach on the Snoqualmie River located on the trial grounds! Donations accepted that night for dinner/party.

** Note: Vegetarian/special menu needs and children meals can be ordered from the Restaurant menu upon arrival. Vegan options are available however they are very limited. People with extreme menu needs should email Paul directly and we will do our best to accommodate accordingly.
