Pet Policy:
A non-refundable one-time pet charge of $25.00 per room
will be incurred for the first (2) dogs, plus $15.00 for
each dog over two – maximum of (4) dogs per room. Pets
must be crated at all times when they are left alone in
room. Bedspreads will be removed. Pets are not
permitted in suites. Pets are not allowed in Main Lobby
(other than entering or leaving the assigned
meeting/exhibit space), in restaurants or other common
areas including the golf course or in the outdoor pool
courtyard. Hotel linens/towels may not be used to wash
pets. Cleanup after your pets is a must...
The Lancaster Host Resort and Conference
Center
is conveniently located in the Northeast and has ample
meeting and exhibit hall space for our
needs. Guests
will enjoy a full (hot) breakfast buffet with their room
rate, and beautifully landscaped grounds, which include
a scenic 1.9 mile long trail for hiking and jogging, two
refreshing swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors,
both heated. It also features an 18-hole championship
golf course, driving range, and even a mini-putt-putt
course, and is surrounded by the region’s leading
attractions (see list of attractions below).
All Judging
will be held indoors in the adjacent Expo Center on the
Hotel Grounds. The Expo Center
has it's own parking lot
and overflow parking on grass. Folding chairs will be available ringside, but please
feel free
to bring your own. There will be a Crating
Area Open from 7am - 7pm (dogs may not be left in the
building overnight). There will be an outdoor dog
washing station nearby the Expo Center. Dog exercise
areas will be clearly marked around the Hotel and Expo
Center with bags and waste stations. Please clean
up after your dog, and if you see where someone has
failed to do so, please report it to the show committee.

Information:
(limited to 15 units):
ON-SITE RV PARKING
Space is available on the Hotel Grounds by Advance
Reservation Only. Payment must be received at
the time the reservation is made.

Reservation Fee is $35/night. Deadline for
Reservations / Cancellations is September 5, 2014.
·
Maximum stay is 5 nights (Tuesday through Saturday, must
depart on Sunday). Site is available beginning 2:00 pm
Tuesday, September 16, 2014.

RV parking is on a paved parking lot adjacent to the
hotel w/ample grassy exercise area for dogs. It is
approx. 0.25mile walking distance to Expo Center.

No
hookups are available. Outside Grilling or Open Fires
are not permitted.
·
Please be courteous to your camping neighbors and
observe Quiet Hours between 11pm - 6am (no generators
please during this time).
·
No discharge of gray water or sanitary tanks on the
ground or in open containers is permitted. Please
contact the RV Coordinator for information on sanitary
tank pumping services or water refills.
·
If sawdust or shavings are used, they must be cleaned up
before you leave. Ex-pens will be allowed on designated
grass areas, no matting required.
·
If a Guest occupies a guestroom, there will be no charge
for their personal RV (limit one).
·
Use of this parking privilege is at your own risk.
Neither the American Chesapeake Club, the Show
Committee, the Lancaster Host nor the RV Coordinator
assumes any responsibility or liability for damage or
loss to any vehicles, their contents, or dogs.
·
Motor homes and RV’s may be parked only in the
designated RV parking area. Fire lanes must be kept
open at all times. Vehicles parked illegally or in an
area other than the designated RV area, will be subject
to towing at owner’s expense with no prior notice.
·
Exhibitors are responsible for cleanup of their own RV
spaces.
·
RV parking is a privilege extended by the Lancaster Host
and the Specialty Committee. Exhibitors are asked to be
considerate of their neighbors. The RV Chair has the
authority to allocate space and to ask that any problems
be remedied.
·
The RV Coordinator will provide a sticker when you
arrive which must be displayed in a visible location on
your motor home or RV.
